A safe space is held to open your voice, drop into deeper layers of sound and meditation and explore heights of joy and self-expression. Toning is a simple yet powerful technique of holding out long vowels and other vocal sounds on the breath. It releases stress, regulates the nervous system, and tones the whole body and mind. In community, toning creates a field of unity that can often shift longheld patterns needing healing and release as we step into a heart space. We witness one another from a space of non-judgment and shared experience. Harmonies emerge, vibration is cleared and channeled, and positive resonance is strengthened. Anyone can tone! No prior experience necessary. Facilitator: Zoey Hana Wren is a Certified Sound Healer, Singer-Songwriter, Recording Artist, and Music Teacher. She helps people free their voices, express their souls, and live their best lives! Zoey is a trained Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and singer/songwriter. Marketing can feel good. That's the premise of this workshop. You don't need to sell your soul to sell your work. Too much marketing (even by savvy, conscious entrepreneurs) creates either no response or seems “over-hyped” and triggers a “used car salesman” reaction. In short, it feels awful.
