Sanctuary of Self Retreat | Happy Buddha Farm
Cultural Experiences
Through gentle somatic practices, reflective writing, and playful, exploratory art-making, you’ll be guided through exercises designed to help you access your intuition, values, and embodied sense of self.
We know that experiences of beauty, pleasure and joy signal safety to the body. Together, we will create a group space that offers your nervous system a chance to soften and restore, so that your inner wisdom can rise again.
You give so much of yourself to your work and your people.
This is your invitation to step into something deep and nurturing and for
you
.
What the day includes:
Guided somatic practices to reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system
Intuitive art-making and reflective dialogue
Connection with like-minded people
A nourishing lunch, snacks, and herbal tea
Unstructured time to wander the woods or rest by the water
Gentle reflective writing practices
A closing circle to integrate and connect
PLUS a thoughtful, seasonally aligned parting gift

Meet Your Hosts:
Hilary Fair, RP
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and writer, with a background in Fine Arts, and a former life as a potter.
I work with lots of artists, academics, creative entrepreneurs, and folks in helping professions. My clients tend to be high-achieving, perfectionistic, responsible, caring, and insightful. I support people in: mitigating symptoms of anxiety and burnout; identifying and evolving
through
difficult relational patterns; and finding pathways for their own authentic self-expression.
Jaleena Goldsworthy, RSW
I am a Registered Social Worker and Somatic EMDR Practitioner. With deep roots in evidence-based, body-centered healing, I support individuals who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected to develop inner safety and self-trust using somatic, nervous system focused therapy.
*Important Details: This is an outdoor event. This is a nature based, off grid event where we will be embracing the elements. Of course, if there is a risk of dangerous weather a rain date will be announced*
