Tongsinsa refers to the diplomatic mission and diplomatic system of the Joseon Dynasty, but its essence goes beyond simple diplomacy and cultural exchange. It is because it formed friendship between nations and strengthened the bond between individuals by establishing continuous relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.
History is not simply a record of the past, but a force that connects the present and the future.
