Join us to celebrate the launch of the latest title, A Stitch in Time, Volume 3 - The Colourwork Edition, from renowned author and designer, Susan Crawford. This event will be held at Susan's studio in the Lake District village of Staveley, and will include a Q&A with the author, a trunk show of the stunning knits included in the book, a book signing and a drinks reception. Copies of Susan's new book along with her other titles and yarns will be available to purchase on the evening. Staveley Mill Yard can be found in the Lake District village of Staveley on the outskirts of Kendal. The yard has a large car park and there is both train and bus transportation to the village. This is a free event but reserving your spot is essential.

Kendal is a big train station. We took the train from London to Kendal station, and then changed trains to go to various towns. Kendal is actually very beautiful, and there are many hotels, all of which are good places to stay.
