Cider Cooked Apple, Onion and Cheese Tart
 - an easy free-form tart that’s as good as main course, especially for vegetarians
Butter Lettuce Salad with Citrus-Crème Fraîche Dressing
 - butter lettuce needs a soft touch and this dressing just delivers perfectly
Crispy Braised Chicken with Bacon
 - there’s nothing like crispy chicken skin, and the sweet-tart sauce that comes from the pan is delicious, so get your braising game on!
Buttery Parsnip-Potato Purée
 - the perfect comfort food accompaniment to the chicken
Olive Oil Chocolate Mousse
 - olive oil gives this mousse an intense richness, and we can never have too much olive oil or dark chocolate can we?
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
