It is necessary to go, it is really historical, free under 17 years old. Student tickets can be bought for over 18 years old. It is better to make an appointment one day earlier. We only made an appointment when we arrived, and found that it would take more than an hour to enter. As they squeezed into the meat shop street on bumpy slabs, the crooked wood-bar rooms on both sides almost pressed to their shoulders - rusted meat hooks under the roof still hung the medieval smell, and the windows were stuffed with chocolate frogs and wands. The most crazy demon is that little ghost shop: the sun was down for three hours long queue, sweating and holding the big palm Tao doll, the coarse color wrapped in a smile. When leaving the store, the twilight was already heavy, and the eyes of the little ghost in the palm were reflected in the dark.

My first time visiting this tower ,all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful .We really enjoyed visiting this beautiful piece of history and we adore york. Was so happy to know it is english heritage so everytime we go somewhere we try and make use out of our membership.Was a wonderful structure been made for the stairs nice and strong. We enjoyed the roof top being able to have a clear 360 view was magnificent well worth all the climbing up both stairs .

Walk about five minutes from York Station, go to platform 11, cross the overpass, there are signs, it is easy to see. There are not many people, I didn&#39;t make an appointment to go directly in. There are a lot of local elderly and children, but watch quietly. The history of the train is clear at a glance, and the knowledge is increased. Half of the backbone of European railways comes from Britain, and the trains and train technology that existed more than a hundred and fifty years ago are truly admirable.
