The Amazon has always sparked the imagination. As the source of numerous metaphors, its image often deviates from the reality of this vast territory, the largest tropical rainforest in the world.
Amazônia documents daily life in this region, which spans nine South American countries and is home to 188 indigenous groups, 114 of whom have had no contact with the outside world. This territory is threatened by pollution, mining, mass agriculture, and other industries.
Conceived by photographer Sebastião Salgado, through 230 black and white photographs, it establishes a dialogue between nature and humanity, reflecting the majesty of the forest, rivers, and mountains. Curated by Lélia Wanick Salgado, it offers a sensorial immersion, with large-format images, spaces evoking indigenous huts, and a musical work by Jean-Michel Jarre based on the sounds of the tropical rainforest.

The castle is an amazing place to remember some history from the time when Maximiliano de Hasburgo and his wife arrived to mexico to the actual moment. Also all the Mexican context and the nationalism that in primary we get as Mexican. is beautiful to remember. I saw that the Folklore Ballet of Amalia Hernandez have some performances there, I love that company. it&rsquo;s a pitty that next day I had to go from CDMX and we already have plan for that evening. if you have time get the tickets ☺️

The Great Temple is located next to the central square. It is a super convenient attraction. The original temple has been destroyed by Spanish colonists. Only the tower base and stone steps remain, but the architecture of that time is still amazing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It is located in the central and bustling area of ​​the city. The building is quite grand, surrounded by parks and sightseeing clock towers, and very close to Constitution Square. I only admired the beautiful scenery outside and didn&#39;t know how to go in for a visit.

Mexico City&#39;s Constitution Square is the center of the city. It is said that the very simple buildings around the square are where the president&#39;s office is located. If you come to Mexico City, you must not miss the National Museum of Anthropology! The collections in the museum are rich beyond imagination, ranging from ancient Indian civilization to mysterious Aztec civilization and Mayan civilization. When you see those ancient ruins and exquisite cultural relics with your own eyes, the shock in your heart is beyond words. The layout of the whole venue is reasonable and it is very comfortable to visit. I spent a whole afternoon visiting and still felt unsatisfied.
