We will explore the basics of  the seven primary chakras that align along the spine, each representing different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 
The workshop will delve into the historical origins and philosophical underpinnings of the chakra system, while also providing practical tools for balancing and activating these energy centers.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including guided meditations, journalling and intuitive exercises, aimed at enhancing their understanding and experience of the chakras. This is an in-person event held in Twickenham. Please arrrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time. There is a waiting area where you can relax and grab a drink before the session.
