ANDRE PETTIPAS AND THE GIANTS
Andre Pettipas and The Giants are a rarity - an act who absolutely refuse to let anything take the fun out of their creative process. Whether it’s performances on-record or on-stage they have no fear of stepping outside the box to get their message across.With multiple ECMA nominations, three studio albums and one live record under their belt they have been working tirelessly to establish themselves as one of the East Coast’s top live outfits. This can be best noted with the fruition of their own festival, ‘Giantstock’ which takes place in Merigomish, Nova Scotia on Labour Day weekend annually.
KASADOR
Kingston, Ontario band Kasador have never been scared of change. And the three friends at Kasador’s core—Cameron Wyatt (vocals/guitar), Boris Baker (bass), and Stephen Adubofuor (drums)—have been through a lot of it. They’ve woven years of tumult through their mid- and late-20s into something powerful and real: a tight-knit, sincere, and caring rock and roll band hitting full sprint, with an upcoming full-length record about youth, memory, relationships, and how the relentless passage of time shapes and constantly reshapes all of those things. It’s a bright, punkish, emotional guitar-rock record that ultimately tracks the process of learning to be okay with not being okay. After sharing stages with Arkells, July Talk, Sam Roberts Band, and The Glorious Sons, and racking up 350,000 spins of their 2019 debut full-length in six months, Kasador recorded their new LP Youth at Bathouse Studio with The Glorious Sons’ Brett Emmons producing and Nyles Spencer (Half Moon Run, July Talk) engineering. Vic Florencia (Olivia Rodrigo, Jason Mraz, Five For Fighting) mixed the record and Peter Letros (Beyonce, Duran Duran) mastered.
FAIRGALE
Fairgale, renowned for their harmonies and dual lead singers, earned acclaim winning the 2023 MusicNL Rock Artist of the Year award and a 2024 ECMA nomination for Rock Recording of the Year. They've shared stages with luminaries like Arkells, Lights, Melissa Etheridge, Blue Rodeo, and more. Notably, they performed alongside Trooper, Bryan Adams, and Derina Harvey for a memorable rendition of  We're Here For a Good Time (Not a Long Time)  at the 2018 George Street Festival.Fairgale's eclectic sound, blending rock and pop influences, captivates audiences with infectious energy. Their seamless vocal chemistry and genre-defying performances showcase their prominence in Newfoundland's music scene, solidifying them as a band to watch.

It&#39;s a truly worthwhile place to visit. Hearing Mozart&#39;s masterpieces at the Sydney Opera House was a real treat! &quot;Carmen&quot; was also playing, so taking photos during the performance was forbidden, so I only managed one during the curtain call. The performance, including the intermission, lasted over three hours.

How to live? You have to take a ride when you come, but it&#39;s just an ordinary cable car. It&#39;s very steep but the speed is very slow, and you won&#39;t feel weightless. It is recommended to play this project first after you come. After going down, you can take a walk on the mountain trail. It will be very hard if you don&#39;t do it.

You will most likely see whales, but whether you can see them clearly depends on luck. The two-hour boat ride is a bit dizzy, but it is worth it to enjoy the Sydney sea view along the way.

This place is value for money. We spent around 2 hours there and watched lots of marine animals. Although it&rsquo;s not a big place, the arrangement inside is pretty good and every tourist has got chances to experience.
