Arts Access North Carolina is excited to announce the grand opening of its new art gallery in downtown Raleigh. The Arts Access Gallery, located at 444 South Blount Street Suite 115B, will be hosting a special event on April 4 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This inaugural exhibition features the captivating work of Contemporary artist Jean Gray Mohs, titled "Woven Strangers." Mohs, a North Carolina native and double lung transplant recipient, explores the themes of strength and fragility in her art, using materials such as maple plywood and waxed thread to create dimensional acrylic paintings on wood. This unique collection will be on display from March 1 through May 18, offering visitors an opportunity to experience Mohs' powerful creations firsthand. Admission to the gallery is free, making it accessible to all who wish to immerse themselves in the beauty and emotion of Mohs' artwork.
