Berggruen Gallery is delighted to announce the upcoming Artist Talk with Michael Craig-Martin, moderated by Emma Acker, Curator of American Art at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. This exclusive event will take place on Saturday, October 21st at 2 PM at Berggruen Gallery's venue located at 10 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. The doors will be open for attendees at 1:30 PM. 

Michael Craig-Martin, born in 1941 in Dublin, Ireland, is a prominent figure in British conceptual art. Educated in the United States, Craig-Martin has had an illustrious career, with exhibitions and installations showcased worldwide, including prestigious institutions like the Centre Pompidou and MoMA. His influence on young British artists is evident through his tenure as a professor at Goldsmiths College. In recognition of his contributions to the art world, Craig-Martin was knighted in the Queen's Birthday Honours in 2016.

In addition to the Artist Talk, visitors will have the opportunity to experience Craig-Martin's captivating exhibition, "California Dreaming," which will be on view from October 19th to December 22nd, 2023. The gallery is happy to provide images and previews of the exhibition upon request.

This is a relatively large park near the Golden Gate Bridge, called Golden Gate Park. Most tourists will not go to this attraction specifically, but since we are traveling independently, we can visit it in a more relaxed manner. The environment design of this park is unparalleled and it is worth checking out.

The Golden Gate Bridge is a landmark of San Francisco and a well-known tourist attraction in the United States. If you come to San Francisco, you must check in at the Golden Gate Bridge.

There are many bridges in China that are more majestic than the Golden Gate Bridge, so in fact, just take a tourist photo near the Golden Gate Bridge to say &quot;I&#39;ve been here&quot;. The best photo spot should be the Torpedo Wharf area on the southeast side of the bridge, and try to go early, otherwise when the sun sets, the photos will be backlit.
