Come and cozy up with us at Inglewood Community Hall.
Our Astral Sound Baths are held "amongst the stars" in a dark room with projected astral visuals.
We offer a gentle nervine tea to begin the sound healing session. Our Sound Bath Tea is intentionally blended with complementary herbs that support our nervous system and assist our bodies into a meditative state.
You will then lay amongst the stars while being bathed in Ocean Drum, Tingsha, Monochord, Crystal Singing Pyramid , Swinging Chime, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl, and Gong frequencies.
The combined effects of sound and nervine tea will lull you into a relaxed state where you can tap into your parasympathetic nervous system.
Sound healing works on the basis of brain entrainment through frequencies, by lowering our brainwave lengths we can alter our states of consciousness to tap into full mind body relaxation.

Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Doors open at 6:50pm and close at 7:10pm to ensure there are no distractions, just frequencies! Please allow yourself enough time to enjoy some tea.

Calgary is a very beautiful city. This is a city park. Prince Island Park has rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green and delicious plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also very good.

WinSport Day Lodge & Hill

This is the venue for some of the events of the 15th Winter Olympic Games in 1988, and it is still a good ice and snow sanctuary. It retained the national flag of the countries participating in the conference at that time, so the flag of the former Soviet Union can still be seen flying in the wind.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.
