The Sher Jung Foundation are excited to announce the sixth and final event in our AuthorTalks series, where we will be speaking with the acclaimed  DIPNA ANAND!
Dipna Anand is a celebrated British chef, restaurateur, and educator known for her innovative approach to traditional Punjabi cuisine. As co-owner and culinary director of the iconic Brilliant Restaurant in Southall, she has played a pivotal role in elevating Indian gastronomy in the UK. Under her leadership, Brilliant Restaurant earned national acclaim, including recognition on Channel 4's 
Ramsay’s Best Restaurant
 and a visit from King Charles, who praised the establishment's authentic flavors. 
In 2025, she launched Brilliant Gastro in Southall's Green Quarter, a gastropub that blends Punjabi heritage with modern British cuisine. Dipna continues to share her passion through cookbooks, television appearances, and guest lectures, solidifying her legacy as a trailblazer in the culinary world. 
We're delighed to announce that Dipna's 3 cookbooks: Deliciously Brilliant, Dip in, and Beyond Brilliant will all be available for purchase and signing at our event. 
The ticket price also includes wine and Dipna's own refreshments - see you there!
