Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of therapeutic sound to relax and restore your nervous system. Expect the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Crystal Singing Bowls. Feel the release of tension with Shamanic drumming, singing, and powerful wind gong chiming. Transform and re-set your intentions with the beautiful gentle healing tones of koshi chimes. At the end of the sound bath, you will also be given a small gift from the host - Kayleigh. Come and experience the therapeutic power of sound in a tranquil setting. The live sound bath will start promptly at 7.15 pm and play until 8.30 pm so please come at 7pm to settle in and find your space. After the sound bath we will then have time after to reflect and give thanks for the work of the healing vibrations we experienced. You can bring your own yoga mat however, the Yoga School will have spaces laid out with mats. Please bring a blanket and pillow to feel comfortable laid on the floor.
