About This Workshop:
In this workshop you will be guided through Energy Medicine techniques that focus on balancing and enhancing the body's energy systems to promote overall health and well-being. Energy medicine uses techniques like tapping, tracing and holding specific points on the body to boost vitality, reduce stress and support emotional balance. These techniques can help alleviate stress by balancing the body’s energies, can enhance immune function by strengthening the body’s energy systems, and can help manage emotions and improve mental health. Regular practice can lead to increased energy levels and overall vitality. You will learn self-care tools for daily use. The techniques are easy to learn, don’t require any tools or equipment and you can do them yourself - anytime and anywhere. 
About your instructor Rosemary:
Rosemary is a Reiki Master, certified Yin instructor, Eden Energy Medicine and EFT Tapping Practitioner. She also teaches Muscles in Motion, Pilates, Aqua and ROM at MOVATI.
