The Bed to 5K Run LOS ANGELES is a fantastic opportunity for beginner runners to join a small, private group and run alongside other enthusiastic runners and our dedicated run pacers. Set in the picturesque Palisades Park, this event promises a beautiful route that will inspire and motivate participants to take that first step towards their health and fitness goals.

The run is specifically designed for those who have never participated in a 5K before or for those who need an extra push to get out of bed and tackle this challenge. It's never too late to start, and all it takes is that initial step forward.

To ensure a personalized and intimate experience, each wave of the run is limited to just 15 participants. This not only ensures the health and safety of all runners but also offers the perfect amount of encouragement and support. Whether you prefer to run or walk, all paces and ages (under 18 with a guardian) are welcome to join us.

When you sign up for the Bed to 5K Run LOS ANGELES, you're not just signing up for a run, but for a transformative journey towards better health. As a participant, you will receive a swag bag that includes a premium running shirt and the choice of a finisher's medal or a custom mug. Additionally, you will gain access to a vibrant virtual community of runners from around the world. The run will take place on December 23, 2023, with three waves available: Wave A at 7:30AM, Wave B at 8:30AM, and Wave C at 9:30AM. Due to the limited number of spots available, we encourage you to sign up promptly to secure your preferred wave.

If all waves are sold out, don't worry! You can still participate in the virtual run option and join our waiting list for future runs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases where there are fewer than 7 runners, we may postpone the run until more participants can join. There will be no fee for transfer in these cases, and a virtual option will be provided for you to practice on one of our specially designed courses.
