Experience a weekend of immersive bellydance fusion with Zoe, featuring 6 hours of intensive training in isolation technique, fluidity, and dynamics. This workshop covers a range of movements such as undulations, arms, locks, and pops, with a focus on technique and strength training. Suitable for all levels, participants can expect a fast-paced class with plenty of drills and fun combos. Bring along a yoga mat and 1 or 2 yoga blocks for added support. The fully hybrid workshop allows you to join online via Zoom or in-person at the studio in Berkeley, limited to 20 students.
