Welcome to Austin Women’s Boxing Club, the most unique boxing gym in Texas. Our women-centered boxing classes will push you in a totally new way. There’s no watered-down boxing here. You’ll learn real boxing techniques from our group of USA Boxing Certified coaches, find community and camaraderie with fellow boxers, and get a killer workout. Attending our Beginner Boxing Community Workout is FREE, and to participate in one of the workshops, you’ll need a ticket to the session you’d like to attend. The workshops are capped at a set number of participants, so don’t delay! When getting your ticket, be sure to select the ticket that correlates with the time of the session you want to attend.Check out the agenda below for more information on the workshops. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your session to fill out a waiver and check out our space. Gloves are available for you to borrow, so you don’t need to bring any equipment. After the session, you can get all your questions about boxing and AWBC answered, meet other folks who are learning how to box for the first time, take advantage of AWBC specials, and more! Our Beginner Boxing Community Workouts are for women and girls ages 12+. If you’re under the age of 18, please bring a parent or guardian to fill out your waiver. We are also partnering with Austin Animal Center for this event! We will have 3-4 adoptable dogs on site for you, your family, and friends to meet before and after your Beginner Boxing Workshop!  Want to help out Austin Animal Center but can't adopt at this time? We'll be accepting in-kind donations to bring to the shelter! Austin Animal Center accepts the following in-kind donations: Dog/cat treats (unopened)Canned/dry food (unopened)Washable, durable pet toysBedding - blankets (no comforters, electric blankets, or sheets)NewspaperNew and gently used collars, harnesses, and leashesNew or gently used carriers and cratesWe can’t wait to meet you all!
