Various fitness professionals such as: Personal Trainers, Yoga and Pole Dance Teachers attended this workshop in the past to better understand techniques for practising, teaching and spotting handstands. This workshop will be a game-changer for your handstand practice if you're not confident with your handstand and you're scared of hurting yourself when practising. It is the most serene and peaceful place on earth. In case you want to pay a visit to Rawda Al-Shareefah to the ladies&#39; side, don&#39;t forget to book an appointment from the Nusuk app ahead of time, at least 3 weeks in advance.I would like to see more funding going for the unrestricted flow and organization of the masjid.
