Join us in Cincinnati on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 for the Beginners Foundation Technique Heels Class. This exciting event, held at REDefined Studios, is designed to provide a solid introduction to the art of dancing in heels. 

Led by Mecca Freeman, this one-hour class focuses on the essential techniques needed to master the art of heels dance training. From poses and walks to spins and facial expressions, participants will learn the foundations of dancing confidently in heels. While there will be a routine at the end of the class, the main emphasis is on honing your technique.

Please arrive five minutes early to ensure a prompt start. The cost of the class is $20, but please note that the price will increase by $5 on the day of the event. Due to social distancing measures, spaces are limited, and markers will be placed on the studio floor to ensure attendees are six feet apart.
