The scattered stilt houses are like ink and color, and seem to descend in a dream. A huge gauze curtain hangs high above the stage, and the water column jumps up and down with the music, forming an extremely high water curtain. The unique creative concept, the dreamy and strange forest theater, and the colorful and dazzling stage costumes. The hundreds of costumes in the performance are magnificent. It took more than 100 processes, a production team of 110 people, and more than 10 months to make the wedding dress. It is a very beautiful set. A red Miao head crown, a red Miao costume, hundreds of red silver ornaments, and a 3-meter-long red wedding dress appear in the dream of the heroine at the end of the play, making her a "beautiful bride." The theater's seating area is roughly divided into two areas, the middle of which is Area A and the sides are Area B. There is a partition between the two areas, and the middle of the partition is the VIP area. If the seats in Area B are close to Area A, they also have a good view. There are fewer seats in the VIP area, so try to book them in advance.

The cave is very large and requires climbing inside. It is very beautiful, especially the large lotus flower, which is very realistic. It is very cool in the summer and is a good place to escape the heat. It is very close to the ancient city and direct bus access is very convenient.

There weren&#39;t many people around, so it was a blast to see the bears.
Fufu is such a fun bear.
The area isn&#39;t big, so you can get around without the scenic area bus. It&#39;s also not expensive, only 5 yuan.

Shen Congwen's Former Residence

Shen Congwen is a great writer from Fenghuang Ancient Town. His former residence is located in the center of Fenghuang Ancient Town. It can be found by walking into Zhongying Street on the south side of the &quot;Fenghuang City&quot; archway.

The former residence was built by Shen Hongfu, Shen Congwen&#39;s grandfather, in the fifth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1866). Shen Congwen was born in this old house and lived there until he left his hometown at the age of 14. After Shen Congwen&#39;s death in 1988, the old house began to be open to tourists.

Shen Congwen&#39;s former residence is a quadrangle building with a through-beam wooden structure. It is a typical style of Xiangxi folk houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is divided into two entrances, front and back, with a patio in the middle and wing rooms on both sides. There are 11 rooms in total. Today, there are Shen Congwen&#39;s remaining ink, manuscripts, relics and portraits here for viewing.
