Welcome to the second season of "Yoga with the Goats of Kentuckiana Backyard Farms"! This unique and enjoyable event takes place at the beautiful Old Louisville Brewery in Louisville, Kentucky. "Bleats, Bends, and Brews: Yoga with Goats @OLB" offers a delightful combination of yoga and goat interaction in a relaxed atmosphere.

During the class, you'll have the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga while interacting with adorable baby goats. As the music starts, the goats will join you in the space, adding an extra element of joy to the practice. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, everyone is welcome to join and participate in this fun activity.

The class is divided into two 30-minute portions, with a refreshing 10-minute break in between for a "Bleats & Beverage Break." During this time, you can mingle with other participants, sip on a beverage, and, of course, snuggle with the friendly and playful goats. They may even jump on your back, nibble on your hair, or curl up next to you for a cuddle.

Aside from the enjoyment and interaction, Goat Yoga also provides a great opportunity to get some exercise, make new friends, and create lasting memories. Just remember to wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and sunscreen. We'll have extra mats and water available while supplies last.

Please be aware that you'll be in the presence of livestock, so it's essential to show respect for the animals and give them space when needed. Additionally, children must be accompanied by an adult for their safety.

Before the class begins, there will be a waiver to sign, ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment. Please note that the class is weather-permitting, and in case of rain, it will be rescheduled for a more suitable time.
