The athlete who achieves the highest number of reps in each exercise within a two-minute timeframe will be crowned the overall winner, earning a prestigious CCA CHAMPIONSHIP Ring and a cash prize.

In addition to the Trifecta event, there will be a separate muscle-up contest, offering another chance to claim victory and a cash prize. To ensure fair results, two judges will closely monitor each athlete's performance, with a head judge overseeing the entire competition. It is important to note that all reps must be completed with a full range of motion, including a pause during the push-up and hanging lock-out position. Squats must begin with the hips below the knees and end in a standing vertical position.
