Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will gain boxing skills and work on their fitness, endurance, and core strength. Through self-assessment and peer reviews, participants will be able to monitor their progress and set new targets during the latter weeks of the programme. At the end of the programme, participants will be provided with information on further opportunities to sustain active lifestyles, such as local gyms and boxing clubs.

The anticipated outcomes of the programme include improvements in fitness levels, mental health and wellbeing, and blood glucose control for those with and at risk of Type 2 diabetes. Participants will also have the chance to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to identify any health issues and set individual goals for the programme.

Maybe because it is a weekend, there are many people queuing to visit, it is best to arrive half an hour in advance! We were in front of the queue, and we entered the venue soon after the door was opened. Although there was an appointment, it didn&#39;t seem to be much. No one asked! I heard that there is a back door, and I went to the field to investigate it. It seems that there are many people! Backpacks need to be opened for inspection, you can go to the hall for paid storage, the number of pieces and weight, free under 16 years old! For an extra special treat, we opted for a sunset ride, which provided magical views of London illuminated by the golden hour.

Whether you&#39;re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, the London Eye offers a fantastic way to see the city from above. It&#39;s an iconic and memorable experience!
