 is a unique opportunity to explore the healing properties of your
 breathwork, movement, and medicine songs/ikaros
 in a supportive and ceremonial container. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is designed to help you deepen your connection to self and release anything that is no longer serving you. Don't miss out on this chance to dive deep into your breath, drop into your body with movement, and receive powerful transmissions from medicine songs/ikaros. See you there!
Important notes on the event:
I suggest you wear comfortable clothing to move in, bring a yoga mat as well as a pillow and blanket for the breath journey. I suggest bringing a water bottle too!
DISCLAIMER - This event is not suitable for those that are pregnant, or with a history of cardiovascular conditions, and/or epilepsy.
Participation will not be permitted under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
This event is also 18+, so kids will not be allowed to join in for this event.
Jackson Kurtz(AKA JacksonfromCanaduh):
Jackson has recently completed his lightforce breathwork and cold exposure facilitator training program through breatharmy and is looking to share his talents with the world! Jackson also facilitates community connection events, and more events coming soon! Jackson is also currently in a shamanic apprenticeship where he has been learning about many different shamanic practices. Some he is currently working with include: integrating prayer, energy work, being a conduit for the divine, cosmic vocal toning, channeling medicine songs, and singing icaros.
Furthermore, Jackson believes in creating a safe environment filled with warmth, joy, curiosity, groundedness, and fun! Healing can often have such deep and big energies, which Jackson is very proficient in holding you in and helping you navigate through. However, when it's possible, why can't be healing be an enjoyable process? It's possible to bring much joy into these big healing containers too.
Ticket pricing options: 1 ticket- $35   2 ticket bundle- $60   3 ticket bundle- $75   4 ticket bundle- $80
When you buy a ticket bundle, you will only receive 1 ticket, however it is valid for the amount of 2,3, or 4 spaces to the event, depending on which bundle you purchased!

On the way to Banff, we stayed for lunch in Kirona. Lake Okinagan is the main attraction of the city. It is a place for citizens to take a vacation. White sail sculptures stand by the lake. Some people are playing in the cold water.
