The Calisthenics Basingstoke Max Reps Competition is a highly anticipated event that showcases the skills and strength of athletes in the advanced and scaled categories. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in a variety of challenging movements such as muscle ups (ring or bar), pull ups, dips, and toes-to-bar.

Both male and female athletes are welcome to participate in the advanced and scaled competitions. Athletes will earn one point for every valid rep of a movement. The athlete with the highest total number of points after completing all the movements will be crowned the winner.

The event will take place at Elite Bodyworks in Basingstoke on April 20, 2024. Athletes are requested to arrive at 12:00pm for registration and briefing, which will begin at 12:30pm. The competition itself will start promptly at 1:00pm.
