Join us at the second of three Chantraine Dance workshops taking place in Brighton this autumn. Open to adults of all ages and abilities, the workshops will take place monthly. You're welcome to attend all three workshops or drop in to one or two. Originating in France, the Chantraine School of Dance includes elements from contemporary, ballet, jazz and folk styles, and incorporates principles of dance, yoga and Pilates. It unites the artistic, education and human dimensions of dance to support dancers of all abilities to understand and develop themselves in all aspects of movement. In the Brighton autumn series we will explore the choreography, 'Romanian' created by co-founder, Françoise Chantraine. The workshops will be led by Chantraine Dance teacher Eloise Rodgers. Each workshop will encompass elements of rhythm, inner awareness, technique, creativity and choreography in a welcoming environment. Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
