The upcoming event, Chimera, will showcase Marco Mancuso's book, a bold exploration of the human body at the intersection of art, design, technology, and science. Delving into the concept of the Expanded Body, Mancuso portrays the body as a fluid reality intertwined with its surroundings, capable of expansion and modification through innovative technologies and artistic practices. By challenging traditional boundaries between the human and non-human, living and non-living, Chimera presents an alternative vision for future transhumans, advocating for fluid and non-hierarchical relationships with the world. Hosted by Mimesis Edizioni, the book launch will feature author Marco Mancuso in conversation with interaction designer Alice Mela and NABA lecturer Marco Enrico Giacomelli. Prior to this event, Mancuso will present the book alongside Andrea Giomi at the Accademia Albertina in Torino. The event will take place at Circolo del Design on April 9, 2024, with free admission for all attendees.

Turin Egyptian Museum is amazing &hellip; seeing faces stare back from 4000 years ago. Egyptians made huge efforts to ensure their lives lived on beyond death. In these exhibits they do. Images of people and lives from thousands of years ago lead us to try and understand how they thought, how they lived. Arms wrapped around each other&rsquo;s shoulders, their love lives on. Everyday objects, a bed, a side table, 4000 years old but preserved as if they were made yesterday.  The array of objects and images is astonishing. Carved from hard volcanic rock, painted with mineral pigments, these objects and images still live like the day they were made. Kings and gods sit silently and stare through the years, unchanged.

Built in the 16th century and later modernized by Christine Marie of France in the 17th century, with designs by the Baroque architect Filippo Juvarra. The palace also includes the Palazzo Chiablese and the Chapel of the Holy Shroud.

The Turin Automobile Museum building itself covers a large area and has a unique and grand design. The car exhibitions inside are even more exciting and dazzling. The various eras, styles, and brands are simply amazing!

The Juventus Stadium in Turin, Italy is very big. It happened to be at night, the lights and sound were shocking, there were many locals, shouting one after another, and the surrounding environment was good. I went there but didn&#39;t go in. The ticket was 100 euros. My colleague went inside. I was pulling two suitcases. Fortunately, there were food, drinks and entertainment around. I put the suitcases in the supermarket and bought a few things symbolically. It was a warehouse-style supermarket. There were a wide variety of things. I was stunned. They were all branded things. We had limited luggage and couldn&#39;t carry them. I went to another supermarket to buy various sports products. Wow, there were so many things! The lively crowd outside the stadium was shouting.

The film museum was unexpectedly interesting! I originally thought it was just an introduction to the development of film history, but I found that in addition to film history, it also introduced optics, light refraction, image presentation, the evolution of film production, etc. It also includes movie scenes, which makes people feel like they are in it, which is an interesting experience.
