This landmark development, a 33-storey Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) on an exceptionally compact city centre site, is a showcase of how modern methods of construction and cutting-edge technology can be combined to enhance health, safety, environmental performance, and quality, all while nurturing the next generation of construction professionals.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at the project’s innovative approach, which includes:
A hybrid in-situ / precast concrete frame
Brick-faced, unitised curtain wall façade
Modular bathroom pods
HP Siteprint robotic setting out
AMPD Entertainer lithium-ion battery storage powering the project sustainably
Skyline cockpit – 1st remotely operated tower crane in the UK
Gamma AR – Augmented reality integration of the BIM model into the live construction works
Advanced logistical techniques including climbing screens (up to four storeys high), a table lifting system, tie-and-climb tower crane erection, placing boom, and fully electric material movement.
These forward-thinking solutions are helping to de-risk delivery and ensure a smooth, efficient build on one of Birmingham’s most challenging sites.

Children love it, it&#39;s a must for families with kids! I saw British schools also organize students to play there. Overall, it&#39;s more worthwhile than the Whisky Museum and the Peter Rabbit Museum. The first two are actually worth going to the shopping malls to buy something, and the doors of the shopping malls are open to passers-by.

We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

After we dropped off our luggage at the hotel, we had a big meal at a Michelin one-star restaurant, and then we began to get to know the city. First we came to Victoria Square, where a building imitating a Greek temple caught our eye. It turned out to be their town hall. Next to it was a beautiful Baroque building, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, which was also free to visit. So we went in for a stroll. There were not many people, and the exhibits were quite rich, ranging from ancient Egypt to current art.

I think the ticket price is a bit expensive. Either I can&#39;t understand the beauty of this garden, I personally like Japanese gardens. But I have been to other European gardens and I think they are more orderly than this one. If it is a free attraction, it is okay, but the price is so high, the cost performance is really average.
