Prepare for the upcoming Cross Country Season by attending Coach Brimmer's Summer Running Camp in San Antonio. This six-week training program at O. P. Schnabel Park on 9606 Bandera Road offers aerobic training, running drills, and general strength exercises. Participants will engage in challenging running sessions designed to build a strong summer base for Cross Country. The camp has a proven track record of success, having produced Team District Champions, Regional and State Qualifiers, UIL and TAPPS All State Performers, and Individual State Champions. Notably, the camp's Boys 6A TAPPS Cross Country Team emerged as champions in 2021 and 2022. Sessions run from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 9:00 am, focusing on solid aerobic conditioning in preparation for the Cross Country Season. All attendees will receive a camp t-shirt.
