DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:
Tapenade: the real one, with anchovies! The easiest and most fragrant spread you can serve! Blend of olives, capers, lemon, thyme and anchovies. Served with toasted sourdough
Scallops Meunieres: Cooking seafood “Meuniere” style consist of light coat of flour, sear in clarified butter, finish with lemon, parsley and capers. Easy cooking technique that never fails to highlight your seafood dish!
Bouillabaisse. Tonight, we will recreate this famous fish stew from Marseille, with west coast available seafood! The most fragrant and delicious fish stew ever tasted, in a saffron broth and served with its Rouille Sauce. Crusty bread for dipping.
Lavender Lemon Semifreddo, inspired by our Italian neighbors, with the Provencal twist, this is the perfect and easiest for your summer diners!
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
