Brisbane's best comedy writers and performers bring you a double episode of a fully scripted sitcom performed live. This month it’s “Barry Needs a New Shop Assistant”. Barry has been running his shop for 20 years. What started as a fishing supplies stores has grown and changed into an all purpose supply shop for his beachside suburb. Recently he’s been overwhelmed by demand for the bakery side business he runs out of the shop because one of his cakes went viral. But finding good help is harder than ever! Sick of waiting for a new episode of some sitcom written by people you've never heard of? Try this, a live immediate sitcom that is also written by people you've never heard of, but they're from Brisbane! This is the second of a series of brand new, never before seen episodes of Sitcom Live! New episodes will be released every 2 months. This show is produced by Rosa Sottile, who has been writing and performing comedy in Brisbane for over 10 years. She has performed solo and collaborative shows and is the producer and director of Big Fork Theatre’s regular sketch show Get It Inya, as well as the annual Big Fork Sketch Fest.
