Craicfriars At Christmas is set to be an unforgettable night of comedy in Glasgow, featuring two legendary Scottish acts, Des McLean and Viv Gee. Des McLean, a renowned Glaswegian comic, will be headlining the show alongside the unmissable Viv Gee. The lineup is also packed with talent, including Kate Hammer, Thomas Elvin, Mick Mac, and the evening's host, Patrick Linton. 

For those interested in attending, please note the following important details. Ticket refunds or exchanges are available up to one week before the show, with exchanges only allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event. Additionally, please be aware that the lineup may be subject to last-minute changes. 

The show will be divided into three 30-minute parts, with two intervals in between. Doors will open at 7pm, one hour before the 8pm start time. It is essential to arrive before the show begins but not before 7pm. Latecomers arriving more than 20 minutes after the start time will be denied admission or refunds. 

To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, it is kindly requested that attendees refrain from talking or heckling during the performances. This rule is non-negotiable and helps maintain a distraction-free environment for both the performers and fellow audience members. Please treat the event as you would a visit to the cinema, where laughter, applause, and cheers are encouraged, but talking or yelling out is not. As a courtesy, please silence your phone and avoid video or flash photography during the show. 

Furthermore, if your seat is not facing the stage upon arrival, we kindly ask that you rotate it once the show commences. Please note that these comedy shows are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. ID may be requested if age verification is necessary.

Acts are selected based on their ability to evoke laughter, and freedom of expression is respected. This is simply a dream castle. When I arrived, it was the April holiday, and there were almost no people on the road. Only the ancient buildings stood in the cold air, solemn and heavy, which made people feel awe.

We came here on a spontaneous visit one Sunday afternoon in January and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our wee boy loved seeing the &ldquo;old fashioned house&rdquo; and was so well looked after by all the staff, from the cash register to the flat and back out again.

We went round twice (with a shift change between visits!) and the insight into one story of no doubt thousands like it in Glasgow was fantastic. Plus our boy thoroughly enjoyed colouring in his wallie dug. A hidden gem that is well worth the wander through Garnethill.

This museum is a place where people have to punch in. I especially like the oil paintings in the museum. After seeing it, I feel a great enjoyment. The museum is also a favorite place for primary and secondary school students.

Glasgow Cathedral

It is said that it can be traced back to the famous William Conquest period. It was built to commemorate St. Diego. It took hundreds of years to build and has been around for nearly a thousand years. It is the oldest religious building in the entire Scottish region. It is also a must-see for tourists.

George Square

George Square is located in Glasgow city center and is very conveniently accessible by train or subway. On nice days, you can sunbathe and watch pigeons in the square. It is close to the famous shopping street, where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, shoes and socks. There are also many restaurants and eateries to choose from. 
George Square is a must-see attraction. In addition to admiring the architecture of the square;during different festivals, such as Christmas, the square is built into a Christmas Market, becoming a dynamic and happy atmosphere.
