Garden tea in the gallery For The Garden of Time at Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf, Curated Contemporary presents a tour and afternoon tea with exhibiting artists. The event commences in the harbour-side setting of Blackburn Gardens with a brief history of the site and architecture, then continues in the gallery with a walkthrough of the exhibition with the artists; Daan den Houter, Anique Weve, Adam Norton & curator, Samantha Ferris followed by a sit-down gathering with delectable treats. Guided by Michelle Chanique—an independent curator, art advisor, and practicing artist—this experience provides a wealth of insights. With her extensive background as an exhibition maker, educator, and public program curator, Michelle is deeply connected to Sydney’s contemporary art scene, offering a unique perspective on the art world. This project has been assisted by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Embassy of Kingdom of the Netherlands, Australia.
