 who bring both expertise and heart into the women’s empowerment workshops they co-create and facilitate.
Claire is a Registered Psychologist and the founder of 
Abundance Psychology
 in Calgary. With more than 25 years of experience across Canada and internationally, she is passionate about helping people reconnect with their values, embrace imperfection, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Anusha is an Associate Professor at the 
University of British Columbia
 and co-founder of 
The Psychology Group
. Her passion for women’s wellbeing and inclusive, accessible psychology comes from her own multicultural background, and she is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Together, they blend research-based insights, compassion, and meaningful discussion to guide women in building lives rooted in balance, confidence, and purpose.

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.

Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre

The facilities of the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre are very Chinese in style. The cylindrical shape of the scenery is very conspicuous in the core location of the city. This cultural centre also has many resources. It is very good to experience the unique features here. There are also many cultural projects.
