Join the Daft Craft Club workshop at the Piazza Shopping Centre in Huddersfield for a delightful and engaging experience. In this playful and fun session, participants will have the opportunity to create their very own hot air balloon to hang in their homes. Led by Kim Searle, this workshop is part of the Thread Republic series that caters to adults who have always wanted to take part in kids craft sessions.

This month's workshop will focus on transforming paper lampshades into hot air balloons using various materials such as tissue paper, recycled paper, pom poms, sequins, trims, and more. Even if you're a beginner in sewing, this workshop is perfect for you.

Rest assured that your safety is our priority. Each participant will have their own materials and tools, and sanitizers and disinfectants will be readily available. If you're feeling unwell, please inform us and stay home.

Please note that the workshop requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the unlikely event that this requirement is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. To secure your spot, payment is required upon booking. If you choose to cancel, you can receive a refund up to 7 days before the event, but no refund will be given beyond that point.

The workshop will take place on March 26, 2024. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, unless previously discussed.
