Dance, Draw, Dream: a playful workshop to free your inner artist is a fun and creative event suitable for all ages. This workshop, led by Carly Seller, an experienced artist, creative somatic facilitator, and sound healer, aims to explore the body, sensations, and emotions through movement and drawing. Participants will engage in various drawing exercises, including playful dancing to music and calming meditative movements that connect to the breath. The workshop is designed to unleash your imagination and allow for unique creative expression while also providing calming techniques to support overall well-being. No previous drawing experience or skill is required to participate, making it open to everyone. Under 14s must be accompanied by a participating adult. For those with specific access requirements, please reach out to theartsinstitute@plymouth.ac.uk. Carly Seller's 'Breath' meditation drawing was featured in the 2017 Jerwood Drawing Prize tour.
