An independent music festival set within the stunning 900 year old ruins of an abbey. Down At The Abbey is scheduled to return on the weekend of September 5-6, 2025. Two exciting live music stages bring this magical setting to life, free children’s activities (Saturday only), award-winning Siren craft beers, ciders and more, and delicious street food, all within the spectacular 900 year old ruins of Reading Abbey. The DownAt The Abbey festival venue is located in Reading city centre, a 5 minute walk from the station and a 2 minute walk from the world famous Banksy mural.
