Welcome to DRUM IT OUT! — an Exhilarating, Wellbeing-boosting African Drumming Experience (and a beginner’s taster for MoseleyDrum!) with Sarah Westwood of Primal Sound. Shake off stress, awaken your inner rhythm, and reconnect with creativity, community and joy! No experience needed — just bring your hands and you’re ready to go. Led by Sarah Westwood, your inspiring and warmly supportive drumming leader, you’ll be guided through rhythms to get you grooving and having loads of fun. It’s powerful, energising, and seriously good for your soul! We are joining the vibrant Bloom Holistic Fayre, which runs 1-4pm at The Shires in Moseley.
