The event, held at Eataly Art House in Verona, will feature Gino Cecchettin discussing his book, co-written with Marco Franzoso. Cecchettin, deeply affected by the unimaginable pain of losing a child, bravely speaks out against the lingering effects of a patriarchal culture and shares the lessons learned from his daughter, Giulia. Through a heartfelt letter penned with Marco Franzoso, Cecchettin reflects on his journey as a father, from moments of joy to profound sorrow. He calls upon us to listen to the youth of our country and support them in combating all forms of gender-based violence. The event is part of a broader initiative to support victims of gender-based violence. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Join us at the conference center of Eataly Art House, located at Via Santa Teresa 12, Verona, on May 20, 2024, for this important event.

The first attraction I visited in Verona was the old castle museum, which was preserved from the original castle. The place is quite large and it takes about two hours to walk around. Next door is the old town of Verona, and on the other side is a beautiful river.

A classical arena, certainly not the Colosseum. Very well preserved. Tickets are kind of expensive and at the end of the day we didn&#39;t pay for Placido Domingo&#39;s show but for the arena itself.

Romeo's House

Romeo&#39;s former residence is a very small house. The entire residence is a very ordinary building on the block. Here you can learn about the decoration of Romeo&#39;s life at that time. It is basically one of the landscapes that literature lovers check in. It is not too big.
