East Charlotte District 5 Candidate Forum
Join us to meet the candidates running for Charlotte City Council District 5! This forum will be held at 
SMS Catering Services 
(1764 Norland Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205), with tabling and networking opportunities from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Heavy hors d'oeuvres from Sen Mee Noodle House will be provided.
A complete list of co-sponsors and candidates will be made available July 21st; due to space restrictions, this is an RSVP-only event (though registration and attendance are free).
Current details:
This is a nonpartisan event.
Candidates will be invited as soon as they file (filing runs from July 7th to 18th).
We cannot reschedule for candidates unable to attend or accept surrogates to stand in place.
Election window is:
Early voting: August 21st - September 6th
Primary: September 9th
General Election: November 4th
