This Living Sound Temple, Sound Bath Meditation Journey with Theda Phoenix allows you to let go and enter inner journey states of consciousness. She incorporates a variety of instruments; Crystal Singing Bowls, drumming, chimes, ocean drum, harp and Theda's powerful intuitive vocal channeling songs. The meditative vibrational sound frequencies guide the mind into a state of letting go, and connection to divine loving presence, giving the nervous system space to relax, allowing the body to naturally regulate, balance and heal, leaving you with a feeling of well-being, rejuvenated, connected and at peace.
This sacred sound ceremony will leave you feeling deeply nourished, uplifted and renewed.
Doors open at 6:55pm
What to Bring: water bottle, small pillow & blanket if you like.
Reclining chairs & blankets are provided and there is  space directly on the salt floor.

Walking into Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, I was instantly enveloped by towering ancient trees and refreshing air. My palms were slightly sweaty as I wobbled across the high suspension bridge, but the view of the stream below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance was truly soothing! The treetop walkway was particularly fun, like strolling through the forest mid-air. The staff were very welcoming and even helped me take commemorative photos. However, during peak season, the bridge is often overcrowded with tourists, making it slow and congested, like a traffic jam. The maple cookies in the souvenir shop were surprisingly delicious, and I took a few boxes home. It&#39;s perfect for those who enjoy nature, but it might be a bit challenging if you&#39;re afraid of heights.

Grouse Mountain is a perfect natural landscape. In the summer, you can enjoy the green scenery all over the mountain. In the winter, it is also a good place for skiing. The Grouse Mountain tour bus can go directly to the sightseeing spot on the top of the mountain. The lake water is also a very clear resource.

The plank road is a must-see attraction when visiting the suspension bridge park. In fact, there is no danger. Even people like me who are afraid of heights think it is okay. The scenery here is super good, with mountains, water, lush greenery, and pleasant scenery.

Lynn Canyon Park has complete facilities for tourists, including walking trails in the forest, swaying suspension bridges over the canyon, waterfalls, and colorful streams.
