Feeding your Demons is a guided meditation practice that helps transform your emotions, thoughts, pain or tensions from negative to positive.
It is based on ancient Tibetan tantra, meaning we are using our relationship to the physical body as a way to remember our soul and divinity.
The core belief of this practice is that if we turn towards, instead of away, from the things that cause us suffering, and bravely give those things compassion by offering that pain exactly what it needs from us, we can liberate ourselves from the suffering.
We transform our triggers and pain from something that stops us from living, into something that can make our lives more beautiful.
Summer time is all about nurturing our inner fruit for harvest in the fall. Investing in your own growth now can lead to a yield of sweet self awareness and freedom of expression in the fall.

IN PERSON SESSIONS

REGISTRATION
You are welcome to register for a session via Eventbrite. If you would like to avoid processing fees, please EMAIL mothrashadowwork@gmail.com expressing your interest to participate and which session you plan to participate in. We can accept other forms of payment.
After registration, you will recieve an email with a consent form that needs to be completed prior to the session. Once the consent form is complete, you will recieve your journalling forms for your own self reflection.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Hi! I am Katarina. I am a multidisciplinary human being that brings a compassionate but direct approach to helping you explore your shadow self. My shadow work facilitation skills stem from several life experiences. Earning a Bachelor of Health Sciences and working as a social worker supporting those with complex mental illness helped me understand the breadth of human shadows and how deep they can go.
I also founded and operated an award winning gluten free and vegan bakery, Dolled Up Desserts. After 8 incredible years, I closed the business to focus on my health. This kickstarted my journey into my shadow self.
Along the way, I became certified in giving Reiki, Sound Healing, and am certified in Feeding Your Demons, the Western version of the Tibetan practice of Chod that blends Gestalt and IFS. I am also well versed in intuitive oracle reading, breathwork facilitation, and leading meditation practice.
