The Foundation Course happening on Sunday, 5th May 2024 at Kensington Leisure Centre in London, presented by NoTanx Freediving, is a standalone program introducing participants to the fundamentals of NT Style Apnea. This course serves as an ideal starting point for individuals embarking on their freediving journey. Covering a range of topics from safety to relaxation, basic physiology, and breathing techniques, attendees will benefit from technical lectures, practical pool sessions, and guidance on sub-aquatic relaxation strategies. By delving into these essential principles of freediving, participants will not only enhance their skills for freediving but also gain valuable knowledge that can be applied to activities like SCUBA diving and other sports. All necessary equipment will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own fins and masks. The day will also include breaks for relaxation, yoga, and breathing exercises. Highly recommend the British Museum for at least one day tour. We arranged a tour of the British Museum on the last day of the 10-day UK tour. Found that we arranged three hours too little. Fortunately, we have participated in the teacher&#39;s explanation group, through the teacher&#39;s wonderful explanation, we know a lot of the history and origin of the previously blurred cultural relics. Let us have a vivid human history lesson at the British Museum. Seeing the long-awaited kiln, Tang Sancai, saw the exquisite memory of Chinese historical relics. Teacher Bilan also uploaded a few photos of the kiln after the team ended, so I kept a precious memory and beautiful photo in regret.

After watching the changing of the guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, we came to Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people queuing up, and it took about an hour and a half to enter the church. There was an interpreter at the entrance, and you could choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter will explain. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church are of high quality and good temperament, which makes people respect them.

This time I brushed it twice. This time I took my family to sit together. It felt really good overlooking half of London and the Thames. The only fly in the ointment was that the weather was not good enough, and the scenery was too far from sunny and cloudy.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
