Looking to experience the benefits of yoga? Look no further! Mary & Main, in collaboration with Brittany, our Registered Yoga Teacher, is offering a Free Beginner's Yoga class every Monday at 6:30.✨ This class will take place in our spacious upstairs event space at Mary & Main's dispensary in Capitol Heights. To find the class, simply notify security or the front desk, and they will kindly guide you upstairs.

To participate, all you need to bring is your own mat, blocks, and yoga straps if you have them. However, don't worry if you don't have these items, as we will provide blocks and straps for those who need them. Remember to also bring your own water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
