This complimentary yoga session is the perfect opportunity to give your body the stretch it craves. Located in the peaceful and serene upstairs rooms of our dispensary in Capitol Heights, this class provides a tranquil environment for you to find your inner peace. 

To find your way to the class, simply make your way to the upstairs event space. Our friendly security or front desk staff will be more than happy to guide you. Remember to bring your own mat, blocks, and yoga straps if you have them. Don't worry if you don't have these items; we have blocks and yoga straps available for you to borrow. And of course, water is essential to keep yourself hydrated during the class, so please bring your own.
