The Freediving Introduction Class - Kensington Session is now open to all who are interested in trying freediving. This class serves as an introduction for both first-timers and returning newbies. If you've never attended one of our sessions before, please book a 1st Time Introduction ticket. However, if you've been to the Introduction class before, please book a Returning Newbie ticket. To participate in the session, you must be able to confidently swim two lengths of a pool on the surface. Don't worry if you're not a confident swimmer, as we also offer 121 sessions specifically for you. The session begins with a dry session at 7:00 PM for first-time attendees and at 7:15 PM for returning newbies. This is followed by a pool session from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can find us just to the right of the bottom of the spiral staircase, overlooking the basketball court. Make sure to bring your swimming gear, mask (or goggles and noseclip), and fins. The meeting point was clearly marked and easy to find. There were a lot of tourists, so we lined up for ticket verification and were divided into groups. Our tour guide was a lovely, chubby Italian woman. She patiently explained the situation and first took us to the Changing of the Guard. Since there were a lot of tourists, she then took us to Buckingham Palace Square, through the park, and explained that there would be another Changing of the Guard there later, along with an equestrian display. We were then led to the entrance of Buckingham Palace, where we had a self-guided tour, with free guidebooks (in Chinese).

The Tower of London is an ancient castle with a very large interior. We spent 5 hours visiting it with a Chinese audio guide. The British royal crown is stored here and it is really beautiful, but it is a pity that we cannot take photos of it. There are some free-roaming ravens raised in the castle, which are considered the castle&#39;s mascots and are quite interesting.
