From Partners to Parents: A Reconnection Workshop
For expecting couples and new parents (with little ones under 3)
Becoming a parent is one of life’s most beautiful and challenging transitions—and it can change the way we connect as a couple. In the midst of sleepless nights, growing to-do lists, and shifting roles, it’s easy to lose sight of 
us

This 2.5-hour workshop is a gentle space for couples to pause, reconnect, and rediscover each other amidst the parenting journey. Through guided conversations, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll strengthen emotional closeness, improve communication, and build rituals of connection that last.
Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby or navigating life with a little one, this is your invitation to grow closer—not apart—through it all.
Workshop Objectives:
Support couples in navigating the shift from partners to co-parents
Build emotional attunement and shared understanding
Equip couples with practical tools to communicate needs and maintain closeness
Create space for reflection, empathy, and mutual support

Becoming Us: Understanding the Shift
Speaking & Listening With Care
Navigating Stress & Conflict Gently
Creating Rituals of Connection
Closing and Reflection
Includes take-home 
couple activity cards and reflection sheets
 so you can continue your practice together after the workshop.
The group is led by our Co-Founder and Principal Clinical Psychologist, 
Yammie Chin
, who possesses over a decade of clinical experience, including expertise in facilitating group sessions. She is also a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, registered with the Postpartum Support International, and a mother of two girls.

The tickets bought through Trip.com are slightly cheaper than the official website. The attraction itself is stunning and offers an amazing look at a curated garden in the Flower Dome and a glimpse into the natural world of Singapore at the Cloud Forest. It is well worth the visit and the entry ticket.

Sentosa Island is very good, the theme park has more projects, Jurassic Park, Xiaohuangren, etc. On the island, the ecology is mainly good, there are many birds, and I have seen seagulls, peacocks and lizards. The accommodation is more expensive. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Others are OK.
