Welcome to the spectator area of the FULL COUNTER MIXED PAIRS THROWDOWN, the UK's premier functional fitness competition. Join us on Saturday 20th January 2024 at CrossFit Walthamstow, located at 17 Priestley Way, London, E17 6AL. 

Prepare yourself for a day filled with adrenaline and excitement as you support and cheer on your favorite athletes. The event kicks off at 8 am with the arrival of the athletes, followed by an athlete briefing at 8:30 am. The competition officially begins at 9 am and will continue throughout the day, culminating in the podium ceremony at 4:30 pm. It's an opportunity for you to witness impressive displays of strength, endurance, and determination.

Please note that comfortable clothing is recommended as there will be games throughout the day. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another spectator. However, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 do not attend, as their safety cannot be guaranteed. Babies, on the other hand, are welcome.

Parking is not available on site, so we recommend making alternative arrangements. Feel free to bring your dogs along to enjoy the event with you.

Buckingham Palace is definitely worth a visit. I booked my tickets through Ctrip and arrived at Gate A half an hour early to exchange them. Then, I went to Gate C and waited for the staff to hold up a sign indicating my entry time. Photography is not allowed inside, and backpacks must be carried by hand, so it&#39;s best not to bring them. After passing security and entering, I received an audio guide, available in Chinese, that provided a comprehensive explanation. The tour lasted about an hour, and at the end, I walked around the lawn and exited through the back door.

The Tower of London is an ancient castle with a very large interior. We spent 5 hours visiting it with a Chinese audio guide. The British royal crown is stored here and it is really beautiful, but it is a pity that we cannot take photos of it. There are some free-roaming ravens raised in the castle, which are considered the castle&#39;s mascots and are quite interesting.
