Join us at Humble Grape Fleet Street as Oskar Micheletti from Weingut von Winning takes you on a deep dive into the winery’s rich history and game-changing winemaking techniques.
From their intriguing Rieslings (yes, the award-winning kind) to their groundbreaking Pinot Noirs, we love every wine and winemaker from this family-run estate. It all started in 1849 with Dr. Deinhard, passed through the hands of the visionary Leopold von Winning, and was revived in 2007 by Achim Niederberger. Now, under the stewardship of his wife, Jana, Von Winning continues to make wine with 
zero
 herbicides, synthetic fertilisers, copper, filtering, or fining.
For us, every bottle is a winner.
For this dinner, Oskar and our wine experts will guide you through five iconic bottles, including the Weingut Von Winning Forster Ungeheuer Riesling GG, expertly paired with five exceptional courses inspired by German cuisine. Expect lively conversation, fascinating insights into the estate’s winemaking techniques, and, most importantly, a night of exceptional wine and food.
